UK Delivery:

Free Postage items are sent 2nd class.

2nd Class ( Approximately 3-5 working days, not guaranteed, not signed for)

1st Class (Approximately 1-2 working days, not guaranteed, not signed for)

Courier used depends on weight and value of order: Royal Mail (Pre 1pm delivery) or Other (delivery anytime between 8am - 6pm).

Orders placed before 11am Friday will be delivered the following Monday. 

Next Working Day Delivery Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be posted Monday, delivered Tuesday.

I do not offer Saturday Guaranteed service.

*Royal Mail Special Delivery deliver within two working days by 5.30pm to the following postcodes areas:
GY1 Herm (Channel Islands), GY9 Sark (Channel Islands), GY10, HS2, PA60 - 75, 78, ZE2, 3.

*Royal Mail Special Delivery deliver within three working days by 5.30pm to the following postcode areas:
KW16 - non Town, KW17, PH30, 41 - 44

Channel Islands: No Next Day Delivery service available - Classed as International Postage by couriers and can take 3-4 working days for delivery.

Unfortunately deliveries to non-permanent addresses (like hotels etc) won't be permitted. I will cancel your order in this instance. 

Rest Of World: 

Royal Mail International Standard (dependant on your country approximately 10-15 working day delivery, not guaranteed - does not include time spent with customs)

Ipostparcels.com - where applicable (dependant on your country approximately 7-10 working day delivery, not guaranteed - does not include time spent with customs)

Signed For/Tracked service (dependant on your country approximately 10 - 20 working days, non guaranteed - does not include time spent with customs)


Orders can be held in customs in your country for as long as they need to check the parcel - this is out of my hands and may result in a delay in your order getting to you. Therefore I offer no guaranteed delivery date on any orders. Order may be subject to customs charges in your country, payable by yourself. You must make sure the item/s you want to purchase are allowed to enter your country before purchasing, I am not liable if your order gets destroyed/sent back to us.  If you do not choose a Tracked service at checkout and your order goes missing we are not liable to refund or replace (outside of the EU). We highly recommend Tracked shipping.

Free Postage: 

UK orders over £50 will be eligible for free postage.

I will post within 1-3 working days of your order being received. Some exceptions may apply.

*Excluding certain countries - I will refund overpaid postage for those countries. 

If an item is out of stock we will do our best to contact you before we post your order.


UK: Royal Mail won’t consider an item of mail to be lost until 15 working days have passed from the date it was due to be delivered.

EU and Rest of World: Royal Mail cannot accept a claim for loss unless at least 20 working days (for items posted to EU) or 25 working days (for items to the rest of the world) have passed from the due delivery date.  I am not liable to replace or refund non-tracked orders from outside the EU.

Working days are Monday-Friday and exclude weekends and Bank holidays. I cannot class an item as lost until this time has passed. Please contact your neighbours and local sorting office first as your parcel could be with them.  


If you wish to return your unused, undamaged item/s, please contact me through email and I will replace the item or refund you as required. Item/s must be returned in saleable condition and secure packaging, you must obtain proof of postage for your return and post using a Tracked or Signed For postage option - If your return does not arrive with me, I cannot process it.  

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the item/s and will be refunded in the same way you paid (card refund/Paypal).

Missing Items:  If you receive your order and there is an item/s missing or damaged please immediately photograph your order as is, and send me an email message (within 48 hours of receiving your order) with the photo attached and let me know what is missing. I cannot replace missing items without this photographic proof.
