Returns & Exchange Policy

If you wish to return your unused, undamaged item/s, please contact me by email and post the item back to me, I will replace the item or refund you as required. Item/s must be returned in saleable condition and secure packaging, you must obtain proof of postage for your return and post using a Tracked or Signed For postage option - If your return does not arrive with us we cannot process it.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the item/s and will be refunded in the same way you paid (card refund/Paypal).

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If returning an item from outside of UK and EU, the buyer must mark the item as RETURNS on the top of the parcel. This allows the item to come through the UK customs without an additional import tax (as the tax has already been paid once). If the buyer fails to do this, the additional costs will be deducted from the total to be refunded.
